Parts Policy
New Parts:
All parts used are sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized suppliers.
Parts come with a 90-day warranty.
Defective Parts:
If a part is defective within its warranty period, it will be replaced free of charge.
Returns
Eligibility:
Unused and unopened parts can be returned within 14 days.
Custom-ordered parts cannot be returned unless proven defective.
Process:
To initiate a return, provide proof of purchase and notify us within the return window.
Refunds
Service Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for services that could not be completed due to technical limitations.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
