Parts Policy

  1. New Parts:

    • All parts used are sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized suppliers.

    • Parts come with a 90-day warranty.

  2. Defective Parts:

    • If a part is defective within its warranty period, it will be replaced free of charge.

Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • Unused and unopened parts can be returned within 14 days.

    • Custom-ordered parts cannot be returned unless proven defective.

  2. Process:

    • To initiate a return, provide proof of purchase and notify us within the return window.

Refunds

  1. Service Refunds:

    • Refunds are only issued for services that could not be completed due to technical limitations.

    • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.

  2. Processing Time:
